Barjinder is an experienced agilist with a strong commitment to customer delight and the delivery of impactful products.

Most recently, Barjinder served as the Technical Portfolio/Program Manager leading the Generative AI and Data products at Verizon . Before Verizon, Barjinder successfully directed programs and facilitated the agile transformation of the Information Services and Enterprise Portfolio Office ay First Republic Bank/JPMC. With a budget of $35M+, the focus was on achieving customer success and delight.

Barjinder's previous experience includes bringing impactful products from concept to market, such as the SAP GRC suite of applications and the SAP Dev OPs & Enterprise change compliance suite (Transport Connect). Notably, Barjinder holds an approved US Patent (8091082) for these endeavors. Having worked in highly regulated, mission-critical, and fast-moving environments, Barjinder has a proven capability to implement solutions, manage programs, and lead change to ensure customer success across various industry verticals, including Beverage, Banking, Cosmetics, Defense, E-Commerce, Government/Public Sector, Pharmaceuticals, Power, and Semiconductor.

Barjinder holds a master's degree in computer science from Maharishi Dayanand University and is a certified Business and Product Agility coach. Additionally, Barjinder is a certified Scrum Master and has received training in project management. Furthermore, Barjinder has expertise in supervised and unsupervised machine learning, as well as certifications in those areas. As a guest speaker, Barjinder has presented at distinguished SAP conferences such as SAP GRC, SAP TechEd, and SAP Sapphire.

Barjinder is actively involved in professional organizations like Scrum Alliance, XSCALE Alliance, and PMI. In addition to professional engagements, Barjinder is passionate about giving back and currently volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America, mentoring the next generation.
